"Glen arrived in plenty time and very pleasant to staff and services users, he encouraged service users to offer their favourite songs and to sign along. Glen had the services users smiling and laughing, all services users thought he was great. Glen's appearance was good and all songs were appropriate for the age group. I showed Glen where to set up and this was done quickly, sound was at a good tone for our services users. Overall staff and service users enjoyed Glen's performance and services users stated that they would like him to visit day services again."
